Ok DigiScrappers, Im here to help you get going on Twitter!  I know, you dont want to learn another computer application.  You just figured out FaceBook?  Well, this took me about two days to get the hang of.  It has a very low learning curve and better yet, there is a new handbook to help you figure it out.  

For the best return on your tweet, "tweet during Eastern Time business hours" says  "The Twitter Book," a 234-page twitter guide along with other helpful hints for example uses for different types of phrases and what they are.  All to get you going in the DigiScrap world in a jiffy.  Get this book and get tweeting my DigiFriends.

If you are a digital scrapbooker, there is a ton of digital scrapbooking information available at your fingertips if you logon to Twitter.  For example, take advantage of many discounts, sales, challenges and crops only advertised by your favorite digital scrapbook designers via Twitter. And if you are a digital designer, make the switch and thank me later.  Twitter is a friendly, easy environment where you can show off your greatest designs and send out messages/sales alerts to your "followers".  To find out what a Follower is, you need to get this book, get on twitter, and start selling your designs.

If there is anything I am best known for in the digital scrapbooking industry is freebies.  Yep, I got started as a freebie hunter, wasting my hours looking all over the world wide web for freebies on peoples blogs.  At that time there were very few locations you could find digitalfreebies.  Were talkin about two years ago.  Now I want to share a link that was shared with me on Twitter today.  Im just wild about Twitta. With textured and organic designs a current design trend, I thought it useful to provide some high-resolution grungy paper textures. This texture pack was inspired by comments from a previous Six Revisions texture pack.

Hashtags are community-driven, so their ability to deliver what you're seeking will be determined by how effectively the community chooses to use a tag. 

Hashtag etiquette is still evolving, so let good social manners be your guide. It is a rare "tweet" that deserves a hashtag, so tag only those updates that you feel will add significant value to the conversation. One hashtag is best — two are permissable — but three hashtags seem to be the absolute maximum, and risk raising the ire of the community. Tag sparingly, and with careful discretion.
